1. Nature of Platform
Factories to Retail acts as an intermediary platform that facilitates transactions between manufacturers and retailers. The responsibility for product quality, specifications, and fulfillment lies with the respective manufacturer or seller.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product does not match the agreed specifications
- The return request is raised within the specified return period (usually 3–7 days from delivery, depending on the seller’s policy)
To initiate a return, the buyer must provide valid proof such as images, videos, or supporting documents.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Perishable goods or items with limited shelf life
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable by the seller
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Log in to your account and go to your order history
- Select the product and raise a return request
- Provide necessary details and supporting evidence
- The seller will review and approve/reject the request
Once approved, the return pickup or shipping process will be initiated as per the seller’s terms.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

8. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the buyer or seller depending on the reason for return
- If the return is due to seller fault (damaged/incorrect product), the seller may bear the shipping cost
- In other cases, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping
